Good location, relatively easy to find, good value for money, good fresh breakfast, they have umbrellas!!
The location is spectacular, very near San Marcos Square and Vaporetto's stop 15. The cleanness is also very fine. Good breakfast.
The bathroom is ok, but the room could be bigger to accommodate three adult people (and baggage).
The location of Hotel Firenze is excellent, if you can find it! Don't look up for the sign, it is embedded in the cobblestones. The desk man when we arrived did not speak English but luckily, he did speak French as did our nephew. Breakfast was good.
It's a hotel with an excellent location in venice, right in the center and very close to piazza San Marco. It;s also surrounded by shops that satisfy all tastes, the international brands and other small boutiques with very reasonable prices. A few steps from hotel, you find yourself on the sea banks where you can enjoy a walk, up to venice public parc, which is one of the most beautiful parcs in Europe, though not very big. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that the room, which is extremely clean and tidy, is very hot and when we tried to operate the cold airconditioning we were told that, according to city laws, it's allowed in venice starting on the twenties of May. We also could not open the window most of the time because the street was always very noisy, despite the fact that it's a small street. But this problem can be neglected because we hardly stayed in the room, except for sleeping at night. The staff is very helpful and the room amenities are super. I recommend this hotel for anyone who thinks to go to venice. Amani Moussa, Cairo, Egypt

location is very good and the staff is kind. The price is chep in this good location and good service. Room is clean. We went to the restaurant hotel recomended. It was really excellent.
The curtain in the bath room fell down...
kindly staff, very very pretty and comfortable room with bath tab, good location. I'll stay in this hotel for the next visit in venise.
Wonderful location (near the stop of vaparetto and San Marco), though at frist was a little hard to find. But in reality very easy - go straight from the station of vaparetto, on the lefr and on the ground there will be an indication inside small arch. The rooms are very beautiful. And much more spacious then I expected from Venice. The breakfast not very varied, but delicate and nicely served. The terrace is nice - even at night in cold februaty the view was very romantic. And the staff is very friendly. Ah! one of the first pleasant impressions - the welcoming water and sweets in the room form the manager)
Great place so close to the most city center
Hard to find (like everything in Venice) even though it is so close to St Marco square
Perfect location, very close to Duomo and other places of interest.
Poor breakfests, very small rooms. Hard enough to find this hotes for the first time.
It is quite close to San Marcos square. I was in the square in just minutes. And yet not too close to hear the commotion of the square which tends to go into midnight. The room was comfortable and my room on the 4th floor had a balcony that you can step out to enjoy the open air.
As other reviewer might state that it is a bit difficult to find. Actually it's not that bad if proper instruction is given. 1. Take boat transport that stops at S. Marco - Calle Vallaresso 2. Then proceed through the street called Calle Varraresso 3. Calle Varraresso ends at Salizada S. Moise, Turn Left 4. Now walk about few feet and Look for Hotel Firenze Sign on the ground to the right side. 5. It's a small alley way. At the end turn right and you find the hotel entrance. 6. to get to San Marco squre, get back out the hotel sign, turn left (Salizada S. Moise. and keep going straight. Enjoy Venezia!
The rooms were clean, staff were accomodating. Great location for sightseeing and getting around Venice.
The staff was extremely helpful in guiding us around Venice and in making arrangements for our water taxi to the airport.
The hotel is very confortable and clean, close the main place in Venice, Piazza San Marcos. The breakfast is good and the plsace reserved to take it is more than connfortable.
Bathroom smoll, specialy for take the shower.
Central position, close to St Marks square. Well decorated, fully fitted bathrooms.fresh fruit for breakfast.
Double bed is two bases puttogether...mattresses fall apart !
Great hotel and location for very fair price. Friendly service.
Just one thing bothering, although not critical: staff kept insisting on a restaurant around (where they probably had commission).
