Fabulous! Personally unsure to find it in the centre of all sorts designed shops: Louis Vuitton, Tifany, Jimmy Choo etc. But easy access to vaperretto stop, and some very very nice restaurants. Concierge was a delight mapped out a week's worth of sight seeing with visuals from his laptop!
Um? Um? Not a thing!
We liked the hotel staff, especially Bruno. He offered a great recommendation for dinner and was clearly very knowledgable about Venice. We wished we had time to take the walking tour he offered. I left our passports in the room when we checked out and the staff had them ready for me to pick up when I discovered them missing. We liked the terrace which was very pleasantly decorated with flowers and offered a nice view of Venice. The breakfast was nice. The location was ideal for exploring the San Marcos area and very close to a vaporetto stop.
The hotel was a little difficult to find, as it was back in an alley, not well marked. As you walk down Salizz. San Moise look down right across from Calle di Ridotto and you will see Hotel Firenze on the stone on the ground - turn right into the alley and right around the corner and you will arrive at the hotel. Our room was small for the 4 of us but functional.
Room had everything I needed, was clean, great location, hotel stored luggage
Most expensive hotel on my Italy trip, but comparable quality to others costing less.
The location was amazing it was next to s.Marco specially for solo travelers.the stuffs were so kind. Although the room was so small, the ancient decoration was nice.
The bath room was so small.
location great, dog friendly, nice staff, internet access
bathroom supplies not replenished for 4 days, dining room too small
Location is central; rooms are updated, clean, and cool; breakfast good. Short walk from the san marco vaporetto stop
Part of the trade-off of being near Piazza San Marco is the noise from tourists in street and nearby construction (during the day only). Evenings are quiet.
Great location. Bath towels warn and thin. Room tired and small. But breakfast was nice and filling, staff was helpful and smiled. Location was the best of all and why this hotel was chosen.
The location was great, very welcoming staff, very clean and nice breakfast.
The bed was not very comfortable
Excellent location near Piazza San Marco. Friendly staff; equipment and furnishings in good condition.
Very difficult to find the entrance - located in an tiny courtyard accessible through an alley.
Excellent location, fair price. Must ask Bruno in the reception where to eat, you won't be dissapointed!!
We stayed on the 4th floor and had a terrace it was amazing
